ACCA科目一共有15门，APM是其中一门，即《高级业绩管理》，属于选修科目，具体学五个部分的内容，分别有strategic planning and control、External influences on organizational performance、Performance measurement information system and developments in technology、Strategic performance measurement、Performance*uation and corporate failure。具体如下：
一、strategic planning and control
这个模块是APM的开端，也是APM的终点。
主要描述了公司如何进行战略规划和控制。同时，这个模块也讲解了我们进行规划和控制的基本方法，比如预算，企业流程再造，企业整合，价值链和环境管理会计模式。
二、External influences on organizational performance
这个模块主要介绍了影响企业业绩的外部因素。
三、Performance measurement information system and developments in technology
这个模块是APM最神奇的模块，没有之一。它可以跟APM的任何一个结合起来考察。
在这个章节你会学到各式各样的信息系统，业绩报告系统。信息系统和业绩报告系统，都是为了公司的更好地评估和管理公司的业绩而存在的。
四、Strategic performance measurement
这个模块侧重于业绩评估模型和方法论。
你会在此模块学到企业管理中常见的业绩评估工具，包括财务业绩指标和非财务业绩指标。同时，在非营利组织和政府部门的业绩评估，也会存在一些新的评估模型和方法。
五、Performance*uation and corporate failure
这个模块侧重于业绩管理模型，和公司失败的评估。
